Default widest tires on an 18"

I did a search but came up with nothing that'll help me in my predictament. I'm looking at some 18" HRE 547's. I'm planning on the Rotora's 6 pot front 4 pot rear big brake kits so I know a high disk setup is required for front and rear. I'm also going staggered. For the fronts, i'm looking at 245/40/18 tires on 18x8.5. For the rears, I'm looking at 285/35/18 on 18x10.

Questions:
First off, will the rears fit without shaving or rolling the fenders? and if not what is a recommended size?
Secondly, what are the offsets I will need inconjunction with the high disk setup to get this type of flushed look for both front and rear?
As you can see, it's not fully flushed but slightly tucked just a little itty bit, and that's what I'm hoping for.

Any help would be appreciated.
TIA,
Anthony

if you go through an hre dealer, they will be able to get you the fitment you need to fit the big brakes, together with the offset number

if you get the right offset, putting those rim sizes and tires are no problem at all
