Take a look at these eBay Rims
I have a SC 300 right now, when I got it it came with some 18" rims on it already, chrome. I personally like these a lot better because they give it more of a racing look adn I think it will look real nice once lowered about 1"-2" and since I have a black car with dark tint.

What do you think about the quality/workmanship fo these rims. I don't think they're cheap rims per say but they're obviously not the best. I really don't konw a lot about rims and stuff so any help is appreciated and yes...I did search!
BTW will a 38mm offset work for my SC300?

ADR is tendered towards the Honda crowd and for people who are looking for the aftermarket look without punching a hole through their wallet...From what I heard, some ADR wheels bend more frequently than others...My friends have ADR wheels on their Hondas and I have yet heard any compliants about them...So I guess they are not as bad as you think..

ADR wheels produced over the last few years are of significantly better quality than those from before, although that still isn't saying too much. If you're hard-pressed to get a set of wheels, they are an ok alternative, but if you can just wait a little bit and save up your money, you will most likely be better off getting something else.
My favorite ADR anecdote: several years back I was talking to one of their main sales guy as I was trying to look for some old Stern wheels they brought in (ADR = Golden Apple = distributor of Stern wheels back in the mid 90s), and he tried to push me on some ADRs instead. I straight up asked him, "would *you* honestly run those wheels?" And his reply cracked me up: "****, hell no!"
