19's on IS300,, any mods??

19's on IS300,, any mods??
I'm really looking to put 19's on my IS but know if i have to shave the fenders??... the style of the rims I want looks better if they were 19's but if I have to shave or modify anything on the fenders then should I stick to 18's???

I don't know the offsets but the width I would like to be somewhere in the 8.5 or 9. Im going for that deep dish look. maybe combo of 8.5 in the Front and 9 in the Rear.
