MELGS300

I have a 2000 GS300. It is dropped on Intrax springs with L-tuned struts. The drop is nice. I get a lot of compliments. But my problem is, I just bought 19x8.5 with an offset 32mm. Will my wheels have clearance since its already lowered at a 1.5 drop and after it settle, it dropped a little bit more. I know the front should be no poblem. But my rear is what I am concerned about. Do I have to shave the fender underneath to make it clear or should I change by raising the back a little? I think the GS will look tight with the wheels looking tucked and flushed with the fender providing a nice deep dish with it. Can someone also explain to me what offset means. I know the size and width of the wheel, but what about offset? My wheels are not on yet because I don' know what to do yet. I hope your guys response will be helpful to me in making a great decision!
