Default Should i get these rims?

Should i get these rims for my 92 black sc400? I was going to go with 20x8.5 or maybe 9 all around. If so what tire size and offset should i go with? I also plan on lowering the car.

those rims are made by STERN wich I believe is a subsidery of ADR...they are relatively inexpensive...and you know what!! they look better in person

we have a stern wheel exactly like that one at our dealership, and I must say, if you don't mind getting a one piece wheel and want to save thousands this choice isn't really all that bad!!!

I like the wheels and IMO 19's would look good if not 20's..

Well everyone would like to save money on their rims but i don't want to save money and then turn around and not have good quality. If i had the money i would go with Iforged but im only 19 and i pay for my own car insurance policy which is not cheap so i can't afford 3 thousand dollar wheels. What im basically askin is i don't want people to think im cheap by puttin these type of wheels on my lexus, and i def don't want to hit a pothole and have a cracked rim. Ive heard Stern used to be the HRE of rims back in the day.

I'd buy it if it was available in staggered setup....and i would'nt give a rip about what others think of me. LOL!!!

As for potholes....it may help a bit to pump up your tires to a higher psi....at one pt...i had 48 psi....rock solid.

Default Pics here

I found a car on CarDomain with those wheels. They actually look pretty good in 19's. I think
any larger would be WAY too much.

LINK HERE

I don't know how they look in person, but they look good online. If you can't afford $3000 for wheels...then this doesn't look like a bad option.

Let us know if you get these and for how much.

I like those ALOT. And I typically only like 5-spoke rims, that's the first 6-spoker I have liked in a longggg time.

Thumbs up, man.

How much are 19s?

Speaking of which, does anyone know of any rims similar to this (heavy lips, one peice, staggered size available, relatively inexpensive ($375/rim or so), except they are 5-star instead of 6?

I am just curious.

That rim has a very high end look to it.. There are some fellaz on the east coast riding on ADR's, I believe Sterlings is the model name and they seem to hold up fairly well.
Good choice for low cost.
