Those are really nice wheels. I'm a fan of Bridgestonre tires tho. Anyway, nice choice!!

Default Welcome...

I'm sure those wheels will look good on your '99. I'm assuming you're going with a 55 size sidewall in an effort to maintain a plush and comfortable ride as well as keeping the OEM wheel diameter, correct? If you plan on lowering the car in the future, I'd suggest a thinner sidewall such as 45-50 if you want to keep it from rubbing. BTW, excellent choice in tires.

Dayum, those are nice wheels. But why 17"s? The LS4 isnt a small car, why not go for 18s or maybe even 19s

I really want to know how much I have to sacrify in terms of loss of
gas mileage, comfort ride, tire wear, handle(?)
for an upgrade to 18" wheels.
I love 18" wheels on my 99 LS400. But please give me your experience first!

Thanks

This is my 18" choice:

Wheels:
Zenetti 18x8.5 5x114.3 (5x4.5) Offset 40 Chrome $387.00 each
Tires:
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires 245/45ZR18 Performance All-Season $293.80

This will cost me 3+K

Please comment. I love this forum!

Thanks again.
