Default oem 16 offset

Does anyone know what is the offset for the OEM 16' platinum edition wheels?
The rear wheels really looks like it's been pushed in rather than flush with the body. Does that mean it has high offset number?
I'm thinking of buying the 17' l-tuned (17X8) which has 40mm offset, and wondering if it will look more aggressive than the OEM. It's selling for $500 for a set 4 new. That's probably good price I think.

Yup, that's a good price. Where are you getting it from? Anymore on sale? PM if they are more wheels like that.

The OEM 16s have a higher positive offset (which makes the wheels look like they're pushed in the car). I have no idea what the 16" wheel offset is.......maybe +50

no idea on the offset of th 16s, but the rear looks more inward coz' the rear wheel well is more outward, allowing staggered setup. that's why. but the wheels are the same front and back

the offset on the OEM 17"x 8" Five star rims is 50mm. That is a good price for the l-tuned rims. Made by OZ if I am not mistaken. Last time Sewell had those on ebay the price was like $659 or thereabouts. The one's tp which you referred sold on 8/6/04 for $519!
