tire brand questions
i see alot of tire questions browsing the forums, and being rim and tire sales is what i do for a living, maybe i can be of assistance, we have access to almost every tire you could name and i have found that my customers like the toyo t1s and nitto nt555 the best..............i personally prefer the t1s and that is what i run but the nitto is an awesome tire as well................some of you may not know this but toyo and nitto is actually the same company.............by the way i am regarding car tires here, but the nitto nt404 and proxes st are excellent truck/suv tires if your ever in that market
GO TOYO OR NITTO in my opinion

toyo all the way
i have sold many tires over being a tire, wheel, car stereo, car video, and car accessories salesperson and manager of a store in a 7 year period. during that time ive sold almost every brand imaginable and seen it all, the falken isnt a bad tire, but not anywhere close to toyo,,,,, the toyo is a true perfomance tire in my opinion, it rides smooth, has awesome traction, wet and dry, is quiet, and has a comfortable ride, and for being geared towards performance the 280-300 treadwear (depending on exact size) definately is very good..........ive had pirelli's, yokohama's, toyo's, as well as many others but since ive bought the toyo, ill never buy anything else as long as they make the t1s, i have the t1s on my gs, and i even put 22 proxes st on my sequoia, trust me ..................theres just no comparison, except falken is cheaper price
any other questions, ask, hopefully i can help you

I would have to agree! Toyo has always been on my "short" list & will continue to be. Most of my family including myself have Toyo's on their cars (2001 ES for me) & I will be purchasing a set of the Proxes TPT's for my wife's car within the next 2 weeks. I asked about the Falken Ziex ZE-512 simply because it came in first overall out of 18 all season high performance tires & I wanted to have more info. The problem is, Falken is not as well known as Toyo so dealers close to home should any after dealer service be an issue are few & far between.
