Wanted: Photo 1998 rims 50 series tires on 90 LS
Does anyone know of any photos of a 90-94 LS400 with 98-00 rims with 50 series tires? I currently have 98 rims with 225/60/16, but was thinking of the lower profile tires, does it look odd with that much space in the wheel well?

You don't have to have "that much extra empty space in the wheel well." When I had the 16's on my 01 LS430, I mounted some Michelin Pilots, 255-50 X 16. They are the same diameter/height as the stock tires, but man are those things wide! IIRC, tread width was almost 11 inches.
Now I'm running 2004 17-inch rims with 245-50 X 17 Dunlops. Not quite as wide, but there weren't any good 255-50 X 17 choices.
