255/35/20
If you keep reading the posts and do searches you'll see a lot of people here have 245f and 265 or 275r. You definitely can put 255 on the rear. You should be able to get it on the front too. Is your car lowered? Might not be wise to put 255 on the front of a lowered car.

dannie,
Don't put 255 on your car, they look weird in my opinion. the sidewall is too thick looking... if you are going with same wheels all around (same offset) then IMO you should use 245/35/20 all the way around....it will look better even with stock height...but it will definately make a difference visually in comparison with 255/35/20 when you lower your car.... I think most will agree with that statement...

the seller told me he had it on his car with a 1.75" drop and it does rub in the front when turning and the rear would rub with 3 or more heads. He doesdn't know the offset nor width of the rims. Looks like Lowenhart LD1 but the end cap are smooth so he doesn't even know what brand they are.

anyway, the front will rub for sure if you turn the steering wheel full lock, that's coz' of the overall diameter being bigger, min rub too
the rear rub coz' they are rubbing the fender tab, you will need to shave yours to be safe
