Default 18/7.5/+42 ON MY 92es, but...?

Hey guys, I just got my new wheels today. Their 18"/7.5"/ +42 offset ADR Flight 5's with the polished face, and lip. I have a couple questions. I've read the warnings on here about running an 8.5" wheel on an ES, and while mine are stamped 7.5", they measure 8.5". Is that just a normal thing like the diameter being 1.5" larger than the stamp, or are these wheels going to be too wide in the rear?

If their OK, what size rubber do you guys suggest? I was thinking 215/40/18 toyo's.

Thanks for any input.
Brandon
