Unhappy Front driver side rotor movement.

When I put the car in reverse the driver side wheel jumps when the brakes are tapped. I took of the front wheel off and the only thing that i notice is that the rotor is only staying on because of the calipar. i just got the car from an auction and it runs great. I just need to know why this it happening. Can someone please help. Adam 93 Sc400.

I'm not being sarcastic, but shouldn't the lugs and wheel be holding the rotor in place? Unless the outer rotor surface seperated from the top hat?

I'm not sure if the car came that way, but my brake rotors are held only by the calipers also. No screws like my previous car but it brakes fine. No vibration when driving or braking.
