Default BBS RGR wheels, will they fit?

I have a set of 18" BBS RGRs that are on my S2000 right now. I'm thinking of going for a 17" wheel and putting the BBSs on my IS300.

They are 18x7.5 50mm offset up front

and

18x18.5 53mm offset in the rears.

Would they fit the IS300? It's lowered with Eibachs and stock shocks so I don't think rubbing would be an issue.

Thanks

nah, those to rides aren't that much fun. I spend most of my time on my bike.

But about the wheels, anyone have any Idea? are the offsets to high? will it look funny?

I would just put em on but I'm to lazy to have to take em back off if they dont fit right.

Thanks again

I'm no expert on wheel fitment for the IS, but I know that the stock 17" wheels are 17x7 with a +50 offset. Therefore, I think you should be fine with 18x8 +50 in front and 18x8.5 +53 in rear. You'll probably get a bit of a "tucked" look too.

Fitment may also come down to tire size. Someone else will have to confirm whether your wheels will fit and what tire sizes will be best to make it fit. (I would assume 235/35s or 225/35s in front and 235/35s or 245/35s in the rear, just a guess though.)

Wow i didn't think the IS's offsets were that high.

Im running 225/40 18 in the front and 255/35 18 in the rear.

The 225/40/18s in front should definitely fit, but I'm not sure about the 255s in the rear. With your moderate drop, I think they will fit. Again, others will have to chime in to verify this.

Also, you may want to check that the spoke design will clear the brake calipers. However, I think I've seen an IS with BBS RGRs before.

Default Yes

Yes, they fit. Tires should be 225/40 and 255/35 18.
