RanGer498, without spacers the wheels will not be flush with the fender. The wheels will probably look like they are sucken in and don't line up with the fender. I have the H&R 25mm spacers and they push the wheels out just enough that it lines up flush with the rear fender. But answering your original question, YES, the wheels will fit the rim.
e-man, spacers are what you put in between the rotor and the wheel to push the wheels out. The 25mm ones come with new studs built in so you just bolt those on the your rotors and bolt the wheels to the new studs on the spacer.
I can post some pics if it helps.

GS4, I only have spacers in the rear. I heard that its not good to use in the front.
RanGer498, Here are the before and after pics of the spacers. The wheels are the stock 17" 17x8 with 255/45/17 tires.
Before:
After:
Notice how with the spacers make the wheels lines up flush with the fender? It makes the car look more aggressive and better traction.
Hope this helps.

Just as a precautionary warning...
If you decide to drop the car any amount, you will rub. I had 245/45 this past winter and had a slight drop and rubbed a bit.

alredxiii, I got my spacers from Options Auto. Here is a like to their site. I have the 25mm spacers.

For your setup, I think 25mm is too much. You might want to go with 20mm. But I am not sure. There has to be someone here that might give a you sure answer. It think LXOGOOD is running 19x8.5 with 20mm spacers. You might want to PM him. Sorry Ken if I am wrong.
