I'm waiuting on new wheels which should be arriving shortly.

Is it customary for manufacturers to include the centering rings so that the wheels can be mounted on the car?

I'm getting mine directly thru the manufacturer and not a local shop.

If the wheels were made specifically for the car, the pilot hole should be bored to match the vehicle's hub.
This means no rings!!

If they are a "universal fit" type wheel, appropriate hub rings for your Lexus should be included.
Some of the commodity wheel manufacturers may not include the hubcentric rings, but they should be able to provide appropriate rings at little or no cost if you ask.

You are getting the Symbolic wheels, right? I'm not sure how they do it. They
should already be hubcentric... (IMO)
