From what I can tell, the only difference between the 2 is in the center of the wheel where the spokes meet. Notice how the spokes continue on to the Fabulous logo (black piece) on the Profound II whereas on the original Profounds they seem to mold in with the center piece of the wheel. Also there are less rivets on the II's (5) as opposed to the Profounds (8).
