Anyone seen these OEM Toyota wheels before?

Has anybody seen these before?
Supposedly these are 17 x 6 (seems a bit narrow), and are a optional OEM wheel for the Camry. I've seen this wheel before, I always thought it was an LS wheel on the European-spec LS (it also reminds me of the wheels on the 1994 Anniversary Edition LS 400).
A few questions:
Will these fit a '96 ES? (I'm guessing so, the offsets didn't change much between the generations if at all)
Will these accept Lexus "L" centercaps instead of the "T"? (I'm thinking they may take the half-dollar sized caps from the 97-99, 00-01, or 02-04 ES wheels)
Will they work with my current 215/50-17 tires (I'm guessing so, as the ad recommends 215/55-17 for '02 up, which had a slightly bigger outside diameter on the stock setup than the 92-01)
