Try doing a search for 'Kaotik' and you'll find several threads.

In general when I read a few of them:

- People liked the designs of the wheels (usually very similar to a name-brand wheel)
- People questioned the quality of the wheel, but price is low... you get what you pay for I guess

Personally I'd look for a set of used quality wheels if on a budget
