With a +38 offset could I fit the supra big brakes in? I know that they require lie +45 right? But I dont kknow if +38 is larger than that or smaller. Just thought I would ask. Thanx for the info

The offset isn't what you need to look at, it's the disk fittment of the wheel (you need high to fit Supra brakes usually) and spoke design.
Here's the thread where I tried to figure out mine.... and they STILL didn't clear the Supra TT brakes (needed a very small spacer up front).

Try searching for 'high disk' for more information, or "Supra clearance". LOTS of discussion already out there on this topic if you'll just take a couple of minutes to search for it.

The pad area on the disk needs to definitely be in the high range for clearing those brakes up front. The backs are fine with a low pad type.
The offset is dictates your fender clearance in conjustion with the wheel width and tire width used.
There are so many combos and ranges you could use that have been covered here that I agree with these guys on doing a search, it should come up with everything you need...
