Hp Racing Evo?

Hey guys, what is the quality of HP Racing Evo rims? I am wondering if they are worth the money. I can get 18x8 and 18x9 for 709 shipped.

is that for all 4 wheels?

there is a 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 for something like 1400 in the classifieds, i dont know about the quality but they look nice to me!!
