It will fit but check if the bolt pattern will work. Otherwise, not problem. To be sure, you can ask the seller for the offset of those rims.

Check offset.... Very critical since you're getting 18x8's...

will GS300 or IS300 stock wheels fit on an ES?

also, would 17x7" be too narrow?

Lug pattern is 5x112. Your lug pattern is 5 x 114.3. Many of the wheel expert will tell you not to redrill wheels so I'll pass that along as well. Those wheels will not fit.

bah that's really too bad, stock IS300 rims woulda looked so nice and theyre dirt cheap too

I think vegassc is referring to the wheels in the ebay link you posted, not the IS wheels..

Should have said which wheels I was talking about. The wheels in the link will not fit.
