Wheel question: Offsets & Size

Looks like I will be getting some 19s.

Will 19X8.5 and 19X9.5 work with a 40 offset?

Can I go 19X10 with a 40 offset?

Also will 20X 9.5 with a 40 offset fit on a 255/35/20 wheel?
