Question 18x8 all around but want wider rears... what tire size combo works?

Purchased a set of Enkei's 18 x 8 with a 35mm offset .. I realized later that the offset should be around 38 - 45 for my 92'sc300 with stock brakes but most say it will be alright with some minor tramlining. Any other problems you guys know I may encounter with 35mm offset??

Goal is to have a combo front/rear with a wider rear tire versus the front..
Can you guys help give me the best tire combo with 18x8's all the way around that will give me a little wider aggressive stance from the rear???
I am afraid to listen to some of these tire shops recommendations on this subject since many don't deal with our Sc's..
Any advice would be appreciated.

Default 245/40 18

235/40 18 F
245/40 18 R

245/40 18 is a little taller and wider then 235/40 18 and will mount on an 8 inch wheel and shouldn't rub.

Hey Brandon...you don't recommend going any wider with an 8" wheel i assume? Not a problem just wondered. Any other offset problems you can see with a 35 versus a 40?

side note: 3 piece rim construction. I noticed my rims are 3piece rims. Does that help or hurt overall construction and ride quality?

Default Wheels

8.5 front and 10 rear works also 8 and 10 or 8 and 9.5 or even 8.5 and 9.5.

+35 should be fine. 3 piece wheels are generally stronger but also generally heavier.
