Default Offset question

Will 19" rims with these specs fit on my sc400?

19x8.5 with 235/35/19 and 19x9.5 with 265/30/19 tires. Offset are 35 and 45.

i don't think there is a problem, but the rear wheel would be quite a bit more inset than the front. plus the tire sizes aren't that "correct" imho

Rominl,

By 'inset' do you mean sunk in? And what do you mean by 'not correct'?
Thanks a bunch for the help.

yeah i meant sunk in. that's pretty high offset. and i think the correct tires are 245/35 and 275/30? but that's not major i think

like will said though, the front is pretty marginal. i THINK it's ok but definitely marginal
