Default help with offsets

Im looking to pick up some do-luck double six wheels. Would I be ok just getting a supra fittment or should I specify an offset....if so what should the be and should they be high disk or low disk? Sizes would be 18x9 and 18x10.5. They would need to allow for TT brakes as well.
