problems with Nitto??

Question problems with Nitto??

curious if anyone else has had problems with nitto tires, do there bands break easier than usual. is this heard of??? thanks

Not sure on the beads breaking but the wet traction leaves a lot to be desired.

NItto brand tires are known for crappy wet traction....but ppl still consider buying them? Not sure why....maybe the price is right.

Anyways, pics of phluid's wreck will you decide. He had Nitto NT555....and lost control on wet road trying to avoid a deer...i think? I wonder why the VSC and ABS didn't kick in?

remember the possibility that my car could of been going over the speed limit, you are right on the rest of the specs.. any car or tire i have ever played in always has that "slingshot affect" when losing traction and then catching grip again.. i would buy these same tires again as in my case I think that I would have wrecked no matter what tire i was running..i am not ctrying to disagree with the statement that they are crappy for wet traction i am sure that is right, just saying i dont think it was the cause of my wreck
