Will 20x9 Rims fit an 90-94 LS 400? My brother has an LS and he wants to know whats the widest wheel he can fit on this car?

If he's going for a staggered setup then 20x8.5/9 in the front and 20x10 in the rear would be ideal. However, he might have some issues with rubbing in the front inner wheel wells...most of the members with 20s in their 1st gens have removed the front plastic part of the inner wheel well where the rubbing takes place.
