Question Michelin Pilot Sport A/S

I'm considering Michelin Pilot Sport A/S to replace my Dunlop SP5000. I would like to get
245/45/17 on my stock GS430 rims. I noticed on Michelin's web site that the tire's overall
diameter is 25.9 which is larger than most other brands of same size. I have the L-tuned
suspension. Will these tires fit and not rub against the suspension? Thanks

With L-Tuned you'll be fine.

I have 245/45/17 with an extensive TEIN drop. No worries for you.

i've got those tires same size and brand and i love them. very good choice i've got jic magic flt2-a coilovers lowered about 1 & 1/4 inches and no rubbing problems. these are my favorite tires of all time, great grip in the rain or on dry pavement and very quiet. one other thought this tire size is the closest .24% in circumference to the oem 16" stock tires so the speedo is pretty much exact.

I have that very set-up - 245/45-17s on stock Lexus chrome 17's w/L-Tuned Suspension. No problems, no rubbing. The Mich Pilot Sport A/S's are awesome - highly recommended. I've been running Pirelli winter tires for the last month, but I miss the Pilots handling and feel so much, I'm thinking of putting them back on before the winter is over ...
