Rims that don't spin
Has anybody seen these yet? They're rims that just stay still while the car moves. It looks pretty crazy. It's in R. Kelly's video.
Anybody know the name of these?

You just now saw these? They are called a number of things, spinners or spinning rims I think are the norm. Some call them Sprewell's.Its basically an adapter that bolts to the face of an existing rim that just kinda stays still while the behind wheel picks up speed.Once they pick up momentum and the vehicle stops the spinner continues to spin giving the illusion that the vehicle is moving when its not. There are cheap version you can buy that are just adapters and then there are actual wheels you can buy designed as spinning rims.Davins being the most expensive somewhere around $7-10 a wheel.Very tacky in my opinion but unique none the less.

You probably don't watch the same music videos as me, but if you see the new Big Tymer's video featuring R. Kelly, they are driving a car, and the car is rolling but the Wheel is stationary, not spinning at all. It looked crazy.
