Default Questions about IS300 fitment

hey guys, i've searched and found that an IS can have an 18x8.5 rim with a +45 offset in the front....my question is: i'm selling my rims to my friend who has an IS....my rims currently are 18x8.5 with a +45 offset all around and wrapped in 235/40-18 tires all around and i want to know if the set up will fit her car, her car isn't lowered yet, what should i tell her? i don't want to be an Azz and say that it'll fit just fine, i want to kno for sure.....and i really want to get rid of my rims so i can get the new racing hart cx.....thanks guys

Pat

Default Size

18 x 8.5 +45 with a 235/35 18 should be fine, 235/40 is pushing it and it may rub.
