Real factory wheels?

I found these on ebay, I was wondering if anyone knew if these were really factory wheels? I like them, but if they are fakes, the price seems high.

Is $1000 a good price? Also the offset seems like it is a bit high +45 mm, will the wheels look funny on a GS 400. I would prefer wheels that go right to my fender.
