So far it's been a really good WC... I, as usual, cheer for Italy and would like to see USA do something good this year. So far USA's playing nice, got some hopes they can advance if they can tie (or win) against Portugal and not get massacred by Germany. Italy is looking pretty good and would love to see a repeat of 2006, I'd be a happy camper

In all honesty, I don't think Brazil is going until the end this time around. They are nowhere near what they used to be in previous WCs. I think what they have in their favor is the fear factor because everybody sees them as one of the most difficult challenges and to make it even worse, being the host nation. But I see other teams playing much better than Brazil.... let's see what they do.

Chile 2- 0 Spain.....Spain is eliminated from the World Cup! What a end to a great era! Im shocked they didnt get anywhere, their team chemistry seemed non existent.

Congrats to Chile!! Seem like a whole new team this WC!

Agreed, that was a big shocker there IMHO they did not play as a team at all and wasted some good chances.

Luis Suarez is a awesome player, things will be totally different for Uruguay if he wasnt in the picture.

Congrats to Uruguay beating England and Colombia beating the Ivory Coast.

Tomorrow's match ups between Italy vs Costa Rica and France vs Switzerland should be interesting.

France demolishes Switzerland! 5-2 Les Bleus are back!

Good bye England. Hopefully i get to see Argentina and Messi play tomorrow..Cant wait to see USA VS Portugal Sunday. Ronaldo being one of the best in the world hasnt done much because of injury and the physical toll of winning the Champions League but hopefully he makes things interesting. The Portugal team seem a bit lost.

Mexico vs Croatia and Netherlands VS Chile on Monday should be amazing!!!

Argentina 1-0 Iran.....Messi scores in extra time 90+1 minute with an amazing goal!

Germany and Ghana tie 2-2 .....USA couldnt ask for a better result.

With a win over Portugal tomarrow USA can move on to the knock out stage and win their group with just a tie against Germany!

Its in USA's hands now to win their group and move on!!!

If any one wants to jump on the USA bandwagon now is the time! Lol

Wow! What a game!!! USA 2 - 2 Portugal!!!! They almost had it won! 95 minute Portugal scores, set up by Ronaldo that was a brilliant assist!!! US almost had it!

US now needs to win or tie against Germany to advance

Klinsmann old team and country!!!

All teams still alive in the group G!

What a story!

Wow with 30 seconds left USA, looses possession of the ball, what a huge mistake! all they had to do was pass it around and keep control of the ball and it would have been DONE! This World Cup is going to give me an ulcer.....
