Sharks opened with a W tonight 4-1 against the Canucks!!

Fun fact, San Jose has not lost to Vancouver since January 21, 2012. This includes this past postseason and latest preseason

My NYR's lost by that same score to the Coyotes last night. They also have a nine game road trip to start the new season, due to the continuing refurbishing of MSG. How did coach Torts take the lose in the post interview after the game?

The Rangers next opponent on Monday night. I'm hoping my team scores more goals and of course wins the game.

Didn't know MSG was going under some upgrades. The Shark Tank just changed official name of HP Pavillion to SAP Center (which I hate btw hah).

This was one of Tort's lines "We had a really good start. The first 10 minutes, we played the way we should. Then after we scored, we turned a couple over and we lost the momentum."

We play Phoenix next then we play your Rangers on TUE the 8th. Excited, as I have a mix of season tickets and the Sharks/Rangers game is one of them

It's been going on for three years, renovation of MSG.

The Kings got worked out by the Jets. They got outplayed by the Wild, but found a way to win. My old *** is nursing a sore knee after screening the opposing goalie last night. My linemate's shot hit me just where the shin guard goes soft.

How many games are you into your "season"?

Sharks too care of buisness last night 4-1 against the Coyotes

We are 8 games in to a 12 game season with 5 wins, 2 ties, and 1 loss. I have 1 goal, 1 assist, and 0 PIMs.

That game was painful to watch. The Rangers really took away the clean zone entries the Kings wanted and were very disruptive. The Rangers were the better team and deserved to win. That third goal was a real head scratcher. The crowd gave Quick a Bronx cheer the next time he touched the puck.

I truly cannot describe tonight. It was a freakish game, few I've seen like it. If they can stay healthy are the Sharks foreal? Their speed and agility was incredible. This of course assumes they can stay healthy.

I watched the 9-2 thrashing the sharks/Tomas Hertl (4goal night) up until the end of the second period. I'm concerned that the Rangers season may be over, before there first home game. It looked like the rangers were playing pond hockey, with terrible positioning in all of the three zones.

Tomas Hertl at only 19 years of age looks to be a potential superstar, of the NHL and his fourth goal was a sweet move.

My Flyers finally won a game!!! Change of coach 3 games in.....not sure what the future holds. They were lucky to win last night.....need to pass better.....quicker on the puck.....break the pressure from apposing D and also ramp up the offense and PP. I don't ask for much.....
