is that question for me or for bitkahuna? If me, i am not traveling with kids, as far as i know. So far, everything has been planned out, but without knowing how long it is going to take the girls to get ready, better chance that we just play it by ear. They take forever to get ready and they are all taken. first ride, i'm gonna push them to dudley's rip-saw and get them soaked. Maybe, this will make them realize how unnecessary it is to get looking nice for a theme park.

We are a Disney family! We are also Disney Vacation club members. We own a time share at Animal Kingdom (so amazing). We alternate Disneyland (California) and Disneyworld (Orlando) vacations every year. I have three little ones and another on the way
Last October, we worked with Lindsay Wheatley over there and snagged a 7-night stay at the Animal Kingdom resort. It cost us nearly half as much as just simply going thru Disney at their normal room price.
People that have DVC timeshares are willing to sell their points at far less than regular Disney prices. Instead of $4200ish, we paid $2400ish for seven nights at Animal Kingdom. We had the one-bedroom suite, but they also have larger rooms to accommodate larger groups.
You get all of the same treatment and amenities as a DVC member/owner when you rent from them.
Girlfriends, friend, fiancÚ. I'm sure there will be shopping involved. As big as the group is, I would like to have a mapped out plan, so we don't waste time trying to decide what to do. I also have to spend a day to travel and visit the old folks in Tampa when they relocate.
It will all be sorted out, closer to the day that we leave for Orlando.
