Felony Murder Rule
California has what's known as the "Felony Murder Rule." This means that even if you had nothing to do with the killing, but are acting in concert with the killer, such as acting as lookout, you will also be charged with the murder.

Its easy 4 us 2 say justice was served, but we also drive lexus and own r own homes. Alot of people dont even have jobs right now.

Understandable, but often times people who do thefts like these aren't the folks who just lost their jobs and have had a clean record their whole lives. I would like to see if anyone can pull up a police record on the man who was shot.

Be that as it may, I see no need to bring a gun into someone's home where there may or may not be children present. We don't need to feel sorry for people like that.

He had prior conviction(s) for buglary according to the paper
and based on his own personal myspace, he appears to be proud of living a gangbanger lifestyle
