I'm (passionately) waiting for the Intel Mac version of the Folding@Home software to come out. I have around 12 cores to put to work!

Yep, you just let the program run and do it's thing.
Just check yours stats every few days (depending on how big the workunit you're processing is) and you'll see them climb and climb.

Right now I'm waiting for the MacOSX Intel client to come out and I'll add another six cpu's to my team.
