You're going to have to have more fire power than 1 CPU then.

I do over that already I think. About 4500pts in 2.25 days. Especially now that the semester is over; my laptop will be on full time

I added two Macs, should be at 2k points a day.

That's 1800ppd, and even your laptop, lets say is 1000pts per day, I'll just add another Mac to that....

Let's see if you can get your engineering school onto the team, I'll see if I can get mine

Clublexus is now ranked 2022 out of 63423.

bitkahuna - Do you have the "big WU" option checked? Make sure you're also not doing "timeless" WU's. They ran out of those a long time ago

Big WU should be checked for the chunkier workunits

I think Clublexus will break 2000 very very soon. Infact, just another 13 hours is where I'll put my money

I can't get WUs on 2 computers that need one. My Linux box is still chomping away on a big one.

This is what I'm seeing in the log file over and over.
Code:
[12:40:49] + Attempting to get work packet
[12:40:49] - Connecting to assignment server
[12:40:49] - Successful: assigned to (0.0.0.0).
[12:40:49] + News From Folding@Home: Welcome to Folding@Home
[12:40:49] Work Unit has an invalid address.
[12:40:49] - Error: Attempt #19 to get work failed, and no other work to do.
             Waiting before retry.
vraa, the big WU setting is not on, on the windows boxes at least.

I had the same thing happen on one of mine as well bit.

Restart and it will fix itself.
Its an external issue at F@H not your computer.

Mine tried like 22 times before it received a WU.

BY THE WAY... NEW SIG!

Same here on Saturday. Tried to start F&H on two of Krista's machines (console version) and they couldn't get a package. Just let 'em run overnight and picked up nothing. Sunday AM I stopped both and restarted F&H and they got moving right away.

Same here except a stop/restart hasn't done anything to get it moving. I'll continue to investigate.
