Default Rear wobbles when going over bumps after tanabe spring install

Good morning, I'm new to the forum. I had a custom shop install the Tanabe NF210 springs on my Lexus GS 350. It did not wobble before, but now it wobbles some in the rear when going over any bumps. I noticed the wobble right around the 1,000 miles that have been put on the car after the install was done. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

What do you mean by wobble? And are you AWD or RWD?

thank you for the reply. It is the RWD, its a 2013 model. I just took the guy for a ride in it that I paid to install springs. they are a custom auto shop for all kinds of cars. They told me because the tanabes are shorter than the lexus ones that I needed to put some drop springs in the rear so it doesn't wobble. The wobble ( feels like the rear sways side to side ) when I go over bumps of any size. Before I went with Tanabe I researched this site thoroughly and no one else seemed to have this issue. The car did not do this before the spring install, and I bought the car in immaculate condition.

Did you align the car after the install?

Because if you dont align the car after a spring install, it will throw off the alignment, when you undo the suspension some of the adjust bolts get removed. To me it sounds like the alignments off! I would also inspect the rear wheels, if you have after market wheels check to see if there not bent, and or if your missing the hub centric rings, also check the tire pressure.

I would take it to a reputable tire alignment shop, preferably with the latest Hunter alignment racks, also many offer free alignment checks.

Thanks for the feedback. I was waiting to put about 1,000 miles on the springs before alignment. It was the rear tires, tread wear low, and it does need alignment. I'm putting on some Vossen's soon, so after that and alignment all should be good. Thanks again!

did your wobble ever get fixed with just a rear tire change and alignment?
