Default Problem with BC Racing coilovers

Ok there is no short story to this but I am having major problems with my coilovers.

Two weeks ago I called BC Racing to verify the correct kit for my car, they told me the R-21 is what I needed. Last week I ordered from a online vendor who's name I will leave out until they have a chance to make it right. I ordered the R-21 standard drop kit which is what my receipt indicates went through as well.

Today I got notification that the package was on the UPS truck for delivery so I let me tech know and he began pulling the old stuff. The kit arrives and it's not the correct part number, I was sent R-02 which says its for an IS 250. I tried to contact the retailer immediately who had no phone number on their site, I had to call BC Racing to get their number. They dropshipped from BC racing, not from the retailer and BC Racing was able to confirm that the company ordered me R-02's and not R-21's. I tried calling the retailer several times, cell phone voice mail. So I sent an email and got one back in 15 mins or so.

The retailer assured me its the correct kit for my car and BC Racing merged the kits since they are the same (yet BC racing still lists the R-21 separately). So we go ahead with the install, rears first. great, perfect ride height right of the of box, identical to my Tanabe NF210 springs that were on prior.

Then we get to the front. Right off the bat we noticed the they are way shorter than the stockers. I was assured they work so we go ahead and install. With the shock fully expanded and coilover adjusted out they are so low we could barely get the wheels back on. With the weight of the car on it the tires bottom out on the inner fenders. The car couldn't even drive. if the wheel was turned it would rip the fenders off.

Has anybody else run into this issue? I'm getting two different stories from two different companies and while I suspect the retailer is just blowing smoke, I know that there's no way this is the correct kit for my car. The rears will work but no way on the fronts.

Not sure if my reply is too late but my GS coils were labeled for ISx50 as well. Is your car AWD or RWD? Can you post pics of how short it is or post pics of new coils? Are the BCs not labeled on the body of the coil-overs?
