I was talking to Swift last night. Their springs are the best performance springs out there by far. A lot of R&D go into their products.

I opted for the swift springs on my BC coilovers. Today is the first day driving the car since installing them and I'm happy with how smooth the car rides. Its still early as there is a break in period and I have yet to mess around with the dampening. I'll give another review in a few weeks after things have settled and I have everything dialed in.
