i have 2008 GS450h with sport button. anyone know of a brand/model of decent coilover?
and if there will be any fitment issues or any other advice? good ride? etc.
my stock rear shocks are bad now, and it seems cheaper to get a set of coilovers.

i am kinda in the same boat.

from my research, the only coils valved specifically for the 450h will need to be shipped from Japan - meaning a custom order = a good chunk of $$

I know any 3GS and 2IS coils work, but am not sure of the long term affects on the strut.

3GS means 3rd generation GS aka our body styling and 2IS is 2nd gen IS. both share the same suspension components with each other. so the coil overs are interchangeable.

however, our 450h have different valving compared to a 350 because of the weight of our hybrid battery and motor.
