Finally installed Downs on my 2015 GS350 AWD f-Sport today!
I Called RS*R and they confirmed the springs for the 2015 AWD and they fit great. Very happy with the drop as well as the ride. It actually feels stock if not a bit of a better ride to me. I also installed my $99 eBay lip that I can't believe fit perfect and is not the usual crap you get for that price on eBay. All that's left to do is maybe 5-8mm spacers all around and that's it.
any updated shots of the drop after the springs have settled?
I think they settled in a bit lower but I think it's the perfect drop and how it should come from the factory. Got it aligned and it's within spec and the ride really seems no different than stock so I very happy with these! Sorry the pic sucks but I just ran out to take one. I'll get a few better later and post them.
Do you have a link for the eBay lip? Is there a reason why you didn't go with RSR coilovers?
The seller for the lip was baysonr. The item #371119643706 and it was listed as 13-15 Lexus GS350 SK Style Front Bumper Lip. It was $104 shipped. I didn't go full coils because I only keep my cars about 10-11 months so I don't go to crazy with them.

I had some on I had laying around just to see what it would look like, they were 8mm and it looked great but I think I'm just going to leave it without.
