Cincy - I was thinking that this shouldn't be normal since I have not heard of this issue from anyone else on this forum after lowering their car. However took it to the local Firestone for a second opinion (since the original body shop was already closed), and they told me that they did not see any problems with the installation of springs. They said give it about a week or two and it should go away...?

maybe they forgot to tightening strut bolt.
