Default Ride comfort between 2nd and 3rd Gen GS?

Hi folks, I am currently driving a 01 GS300 with KYB-gr2 shocks and stock spring. She is my daily driver and am really enjoying the comfortable ride. I installed the polyurethane sway bars bushing as my only mod. I am just wondering if you folks can give some feedback on the ride feel/comfort on the 3rd GEN GS comparing it to the 2nd GS.

My 07 GS350 with OEM 18's ride a little bit on sporty side which is good. Comfortable but firm is what I would describe it. Tires are Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus. My wife says our previous 02 Camry SE was more comfortable.

i had gs400 and gs350

gs400 rides softer and more floaty. gs350 is firmer and a bit harsher, but still very comfortable

I also had a 2GS, and now I have a 3GS and I can say that although yes, the 2GS was more "floaty" (actually a very good word to describe it lol) the 3GS trades just a little bit of the ride comfort (floaty), for an exceptional improvement in overall drivability. I daily drive my GS460, and when I want to drive normal, It is comfortable (not LS460 comfortable by any means), but it is less gentle than the 2GS, but when I want to play, the sportiness is there in the 3GS and I truly think they did a great job equaling out the trade-off between ride comfort, and sport feel.
