Suspension Springs, shocks, coilovers, sways, braces, etc.

Do I need to change shock? My GS350 61k now. I feel the shock is a little bit hard.

Do I need to change shock? My GS350 61k now. I feel the shock is too hard. not comfortable as the ES350.

What are your tire pressures? Have you adjusted them lately?

+1 a stiff shock last a lot longer than a soft comfy shock, take a while longer for them to bottom out

Just a note... If your tire gauge is messed up, the ride can get harsh because the tires could be overinflated and not indicate as such. Also, using summer tires in freezing or near freezing temperatures can have adverse effects on ride quality as well; usually within the first few minutes of driving a cold car.

The tire is a spring and has to be accounted for in the circuit between the road and the chassis.

If worse comes to worse, your tires should be choppin' up pretty badly. That also indicates bad struts.... This is followed by that whomping noise that some people witness while driving.
