Default CEL came on after NF210 install

Hey guys, I got a CEL problem about 1 hour after a NF210 install. Got any idea what's caused this? The AFS light didn't come on, no vibration, the ride feels like it's supposed to. Just a slightly tighter feel compared to stock. When the install was done, I looked at the springs the ones in the fronts says NF on it, and the ones in the rear said NR on it right? Anyone that did the install can confirm this? The instructions weren't very clear on what's meant for front and rear. That's the only thing I could of think of that caused the CEL. The only other thing that I've done is a custom axel-back exhaust but that's been on the car for over a week now, it's weird that a spring install triggered a CEL. When I looked at the maintenance section in the display, it showed that an oil and filter change was due, could that be the reason why I was getting a CEL?
