Default Current tires and rims, want to lower--any rubbing?

My current rims setup:
front: 19X8
rear: 19X9.5

Current Tires:
front: 245/35/19
rear: 275/30/19

I am thinking of buying the Tein S-tech which will lower it in the front by 1.4" and the rear 0.8"
or I can get the H-tech which lower it in the front 0.8" and the rear by 0.2"

Do you think I can lower it with the S-tech or the H-tech without rubbing issues? What's the most I can lower it? Thanks.
