Better/best is a subjective term, and wholly dependent upon the user's expectations or aims.
Aside from cachet appeal, no-one needs coilovers for driving on the road.
Given Lexus, in conjunction with Bilstein engineers, has tested numerous permutations to arrive at the F-Sport ones, and the similarly priced coilovers will be off-the-shelf ones (tweaked slightly?), which do you think makes the most sense to preserve the ethos of the GS?

You need to ask/answer these questions.

First and foremost, what is your budget?

What are you looking for in a suspension upgrade?

How low, stiff or soft do you want the ride?

What kind of driving do you do?
