Talking Anyone with Swift springs on 3gs?

Hi,

I want to lower my car with Swift springs, and I did a search but dont see much about it on the 3gs. There must be someone on here lowered their 3gs with Swift(ride quality is what I'm concern). Shocks on my gs having about 50k right now and would it able to take some more beating with lower springs? Please post pix, or should i just save $$$ and get full coiloves setup?

thanks.

Very timely thread as I just sent an email to Mike at Figs Engineering asking about Swift Springs for my '08 GS350. His initial reply was that it is only a 1 inch drop. I asked about other drop options from Swift and will update this thread.

I want at least a 2 inch drop. What other options are there other than Tanabe or Megan?

For those that installed the swift sport springs, how are yall liking it now? is the drop too subtle to notice?

Installing tomorrow. Ride now is very soft, it floats all over the road.

It rides better. Much tighter. Better around low speed turns. Buttoned down on the highway. I can feel the bumps in the road a little more. Not as stiff as my Bilstein and H&Rs. Better fit for a Lexus. Not harsh. Not floaty. Just right. Can't tell a difference from the passenger side.

fyi, if you DUMP the gs you will want to raise your trans and engine. I dented my trans oil pan, but picked up spacers that solved the issue.

I wouldn't consider myself DUMPED. The springs gave me a slight drop. It was raised before, now it looks like a normal sport sedan. How far did you drop?
