My wheels were Sportecs though on the S4

Spider 55,
Very nicely done. Very clean & understated.
Are those run flat tires matched with your 19" wheels (they are nice, by the way) or regular (summer) tires? Were you original tires run flat or regular?

The tires are regular summer tires, and my original tires were not run flat. They were Dunlops. Sorry, I forget which ones (I think Dunlop SP 2050). They are now buried in my garage. I have way too many tires...

I know people say that by keeping the overall diameter the same will work for AWD, but I didn't want to take that chance. I am happy with the drop to get rid of the 4x4 AWD stance, and my wheels are a good compromise for what I was looking for.
Thanks for you comments. Greatly appreciated.

I pussed out on going staggered because of others having issues with AWD. I lowered it anyway, but did not want to take the chance of spending $$$ on wheels and having vibration issues. Springs are cheap, so I was willing to take the chance.

I had my wheels installed on Friday. Here are some pics of my car with my new wheels and springs. I went with a light weight wheel (no lip and not staggered).
Springs: Tanabe NF210
Wheels: 19 x 8.5 +38 Advan KREUTZER SERIES Xi - 19 lbs
Tires: 245/35/19 Toyo Proxes T1R - 25 lbs
Tint: 3M CS 35(colour stable) - 35% all windows
My stock 17" wheels and tires weighed 56 pounds and my new 19" setup weighs 44 pounds.
